No Reset Held Ball
The ball is in transition from the backcourt to the frontcourt. There is a held ball ruled in the offensive frontcourt. The offense has the possession arrow and maintains control of the ball in the frontcourt. There is 31 on the Shot Clock and the time remains at 31 seconds as a result of the held ball. Held balls do not reset the Shot Clock time regardless of when they take place if the same offense retains the ball for an AP throw-in.
