There is a scramble for a loose ball right in front of the blue team bench.  The blue team head coach is signaling for a timeout, but since there is no possession, the trail official does not grant it.  A white team player does get possession and the lead official, who cannot see the play, grants a timeout to the blue team.  Error on the lead official.  Since the white team player had gained possession, the officials can grant the timeout even though the blue team did not have possession.  They should have awarded the ball to the white team, but they gave it to blue coming out of the timeout.  The bottom line here is that when a timeout is requested, officials need to clearly see that team in possession of the ball before granting the timeout.
