State Tournament game.  The lead correctly rotates across the lane to officiate the action.  He is set and has established a good look at the play.  White 32 drives to the basket.  Black 5 is defending.  Both the Lead and the Trail go up with fouls.  On a double whistle, both officials should post & hold. However, the trail immediately signals block.  The lead briefly, but it is noticeable, goes to his head as to start signalling an offensive foul.  This is a blarge.  It should have been a foul on both players and the ball inbounded with the team last in possession at the point of interruption.  However, the trail takes the call and reports a block on Black 21.  The foul, if a block, was on Black #5.  Because of the error, one of the Black Team's best players (#21) fouled out of the game.
