On a fast break to the basket, the white jersey player pushes the dark team jersey player as she goes up for the shot.  The Lead Official had the foul call, but not in a position to see the shove.  The Center official comes in and signals the Intentional Foul.  While it was the right call, The C should have discussed with the crew before upgrading the foul call.
