After a missed shot, watch the top of the lane where a visiting team player (in red) is backing down a home team player (in white).  The red team player has his hands and arms back in an effort to try to control the white team player and in frustration, the white team player intentionally throws the red team player to the floor.  NO CALL.  That same white team player gets the ball and while driving to the basket, is called for a player control foul.  The official should have called an intentional foul awarding the free throws and the ball to the red team.
