Watch the two players in the bottom spaces, opposite lane.  The two players are going at each other and the visiting player actually shoves his opponent first, then the home team player pulls down the opponent.  The lead official correctly gets the second one, but the first action was missed.  The best course of action would be technical fouls on each player which would result in offsetting dead ball fouls.  Also, watch Home Team (White) Player #5 who leaves the bench during the confrontation.  The crew assessed a technical foul, but the player should have been ejected.
