Growing trend in High School Basketball is the offensive dribble handoff.  But, it has to be clean and without interfering with the defense.  Watch the opposite of the lane, free throw lane extended.  White #11 hands off the ball, but clearly runs into and interferes with the Blue defender.  This is an illegal screen.
